In the version 1.51 added the setting "Command line to create movie thumbnail" (Settings - Media-resources - "Photo-resources, thumbnails").
You can change the speed of generation and the quality of thumbnails.
The parameter thumbnail=100 determines the number of frames used to create movie thumbnail. The larger this parameter, the slower the thumbnail is created, but higher quality.
